Job Description

Planning appointments, seminars, lectures, interviews, inspections and sessions of the Chairman of the Research Institute

Notification of approvals, circulars, instructions, rules and directives of the Chairman of the Research Institute

Inspection and follow-up of the directives and affairs referred by the Chairman of the Research Institute to the departments, managers and employees until they are achieved

Preparation and provision of the agenda, documents, documentations and collection of information and statistics required by the Chairman of the Research Institute and Permanent Committee and Board of Trustees with the cooperation of relevant departments

Accountability and investigation of the complaints received from real and legal persons or other authorities and their follow up until the achievement of the result

Cooperation and provision of information required by the Organization or legal investigating institutions of the country with the cooperation of relevant departments
